McDowell is a talented Norfolk-based chef who has held positions at some of the UK’s best restaurants including London’s two Michelin-starred, The Square and one Michelin-starred, St John.
The standard menus offer a sophisticated assortment of seasonal dishes. For arrival and reception canapes, options include slow-cooked pork cheeks with apple, deep fried salt cod croquettes and saffron, dill scones with cream cheese and white chocolate and cranberry fudge. And for your wedding breakfast, expect beetroot and vodka-cured salmon with Keta Caviar dressing, confit Gressingham duck leg and glazed lemon tart with raspberry sorbet.
An excellent wine and beverage selection are also available, whether you choose to have a complimentary or cash bar at your reception.
