With a May wedding date in mind, this happy couple were looking for a beautiful venue with accommodation to host their ‘wedding weekend’.
Oxnead Hall proved the perfect place, with a delightful colour scheme of pale blues, nudes and muted greens bringing the outside in and celebrating the wonderful shades of spring.
The elegant style ran through every detail, from stationery to signage, and beautifully considered décor included floral arrangements on the chairs, festoon lighting, a magnificent flower wall and coloured napkins.
Rebecca chose an exquisite gown by Essence of Australia, falling in love with the lace bodice and train and accessorising with a belt and blue suede shoes by Emmy. Meanwhile, George wore a navy suit with tails and a tweed waistcoat by Peter Posh, while Rebecca’s bridesmaids were stunning in dresses by Sorella Vita.
Following their romantic ceremony in the church at Oxnead, drinks and canapés were served in the Orangery before guests moved into the Great Barn for the wedding breakfast.
As day turned to evening, a live band filled the dance floor and a hog roast was just the thing for evening dining.
